Our Sirloin Steaks have been hung for around 3 weeks. They are so tender and tasty you won't want to eat fillet steak ever again. A juicy, well-marbled steak. Try coating it with crushed peppercorns and cooked in a red wine sauce.
Christmas orders for beef joints and steaks must be made 3 weeks in advance to allow us to hang and prepare the meat.
Orders outside of the Christmas period must be placed by noon on Monday for Wednesday delivery, and by noon on Wednesday for Friday delivery.
