Orders outside of the Christmas period must be placed by noon on Monday for Wednesday delivery, and by noon on Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Christmas orders for beef joints and steaks must be made 3 weeks in advance to allow us to hang and prepare the meat.
Other Christmas orders must be placed one week in advance to allow us to process orders during this busy period.
Please note: All Christmas Turkey orders must be received by Noon Monday 7th December 2020.

3. Weekday Local Delivery - Zero Contact
Our free Weekday Local Delivery Service is available for customers within 8 miles from GU31 5HU only. Minimum spend of £10 required for free delivery.
Please give clear instructions when ordering where we can securely leave the parcel if you are not at home, i.e. with a neighbour, in the garage or porch, etc. Please ensure you provide a daytime telephone / mobile number so that we can call or notify you or the person at the delivery address if we need clarification when delivering your order.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel orders outside our delivery area.
Please also note that the order value at checkout is an estimate. We will do our very best to cut the meat to the weights requested but there may be some small variations. An extra payment or refund may be applicable. This will be done through Sagepay after despatch.
Queries or Concerns
Please inform us by calling the farm office on 01730 821062 as soon as possible if your order is not delivered on the pre-agreed delivery date by 6 p.m.
Due to the fresh nature of the products we cannot accept returns or refund purchases when our carrier is unable to deliver in the event that no one is available to accept the order and no alternative delivery instructions can be carried out. This can be avoided by ensuring you have given clear instructions, when placing your order, where we can leave your delivery should no one be at home when we attempt the delivery. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will undertake to deliver your order as soon as possible after the delivery date.
