Wow, this is the easiest lamb joint to cook. Marinade for at least four hours then lay it flat out and cook slowly on the barbeque. Slice when still pink in the middle. Serves six people.
Or marinade and cook skin side up at 220 degrees in the oven for half an hour. Then remove from the oven and cover with foil for half an hour. So simple but absolutely delicious!
